Monday’s A Bitch: No Pain, No Gain!

1. How much exercise do you get in an average week?
~ For now im not exercising. I should be so that I can have a healthy body. Maybe I can take it up again on later time…
( Honey! I guess you need to get back exercising to gain more energy. I don’t want to be naughty here . . . But, we both know you need an extra energy for BED exercise LOL! )
2. Do you make an effort to fit exercise into your daily schedule?
~ Uh…refer to question no. 1.
3. Is there any part of your body that you feel could use a little extra work?
~ My tummy, I want a six pack there but for now it has a one pack…
4. What time of day do you prefer to work out?
~ Early morning, about 4 am…
5. What kind of music or what song gets you pumped to work out?
~ Mmm like that song “I got the power” with a few rap thrown in there to really heat it up…
